Most companies now have someone using AI. Far fewer have teams using AI together. The private-tab problem

- One data foundation. The AI must answer from the company’s actual systems, the ERP, the store, the marketing platforms, the documents, not from whatever one person pasted.
- Sources on every answer. A team can only challenge or trust an answer it can trace. Evidence turns “the AI said so” into a real discussion.
- Permissions that hold. Collaboration cannot mean everyone sees everything. The AI should answer each person only from data they are allowed to access.
