Butterflai connects to the systems your business already runs on and keeps their data synced, structured, and ready to answer questions. Every connector below is live in production today. Syncs run automatically on a continuous schedule and incrementally after the first backfill, and you can trigger a sync manually at any time.
ERP
- Softone ERP: connects to on-premise Softone installations and syncs the core of your business records, including sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, inventory, and financial entries, across 19 distinct data sets.
- Softone Cloud: the same depth of ERP coverage for businesses running Softone’s cloud edition, with no on-premise connector required.
E-commerce
- Shopify: orders, products, and customers, connected through OAuth with Shopify’s current API standards, including the mandatory privacy compliance webhooks. More on the Shopify integration page.
- WooCommerce: store data from WordPress-based shops, synced into the same analytics layer.
Marketing and advertising
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): campaign and ad performance across your ad accounts, with per-account selection.
- Google Ads: campaign performance and spend.
- TikTok Ads: campaign data from TikTok advertising accounts.
- Klaviyo: email marketing performance, aligned to the reporting periods Klaviyo itself uses so numbers match what you see in Klaviyo.
Analytics and presence
- Google Analytics 4: website traffic, behavior, and conversion data.
- Google Search Console: search visibility and query performance.
- Google Business Profile: location metrics and customer interactions across all your locations.
Files and documents
Not everything lives in a system. Butterflai also ingests CSV files and spreadsheets into the analytics warehouse, and documents (PDF, Word, Excel and more) into a semantic index, parsed with AI document intelligence. A contract, a price list, or a board report becomes part of the same conversation as your ERP numbers.
How connectors behave
- Incremental and scheduled: after the first backfill, syncs fetch only new and changed data, automatically.
- Cross-source questions: because every connector lands in one governed data layer, one question can span ERP, ads, and analytics at once. See Platform Architecture.
- Shareable with control: an integration, or a subset of its data, can be shared with teammates directly or through roles. Access is enforced when the AI retrieves data, not just in the interface. See Security.
- Transparent sync status: sync progress, completions, and failures are visible in the product and delivered as notifications.
