How it works
A secure, one-way bridge from your store to your workspace.
1. Install
Install Butterflai Integration from the Shopify App Store. The standard OAuth flow asks you to grant only the read scopes the integration needs to do its job.
2. Connect
Pair the store with an approved Butterflai workspace. The connection is established over HTTPS, and your access token is stored encrypted server-side.
3. Sync
Products, orders and customer data flow into your private workspace and become available to the Butterflai Knowledge Agent — no manual exports, no spreadsheets.
Requirements
Two things, that’s it.
- An approved Butterflai workspace. The integration syncs data into Butterflai, so you need an active workspace to receive it. Don’t have one yet? Request access.
- Business account access. The integration is intended for the Shopify store owner or a staff account with permission to install apps and approve data access on the store’s behalf.
