Delete My Account

You have the right under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Article 17 — “right to erasure”) to request that Butterflai delete your account and all personal data associated with it. Use the form below to submit your request.

What gets deleted

• Your Butterflai user account and login credentials.
• Personal data you provided directly (name, email, phone, company information).
• Data ingested from your integrated systems (CRM, ERP, HR, ATS, etc.) into your workspace.
• Usage data and activity logs linked to your account.

What happens after you submit

1. We acknowledge your request by email within 72 hours.
2. We verify that the request comes from the account owner (you may be asked to confirm from the registered email).
3. Your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days, in line with the GDPR.
4. We send you a final confirmation when the deletion is complete.

Please note

• This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, we cannot recover it.
• If you use Butterflai through a business account, some data may also be controlled by your employer. In that case we will coordinate with your account administrator, and certain organisational data may be retained by them independently of your personal account.
• We may need to retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself, and any data we are legally required to keep (for example invoicing records under tax law), for the period required by law.
