1. Ask anything
AI chat over your business. Two tracks work behind one conversation: an analytics track that turns questions into SQL over your synced records, and a knowledge track that retrieves answers from your documents with sources cited. Ask in plain language, follow up, and mention a specific file when you want to scope the question.
2. Business dashboards
KPI widgets and charts generated from your connected data. Rolling date windows keep “last 30 days” honest, period comparisons are built in, and widgets recompute when new data syncs. Your chosen KPIs also appear as home-screen widgets on iOS and Android.
3. Generated reports
Structured analyses such as the Cashflow Gap Analysis and the Business Health Check run as background jobs on deterministic pipelines: the same inputs produce the same outputs, every run, which is what makes them defensible in front of an accountant or a board.
4. Document library
Upload contracts, reports, price lists, and spreadsheets. Butterflai parses them with AI document intelligence, indexes them semantically, and keeps the originals linked so every answer can point back to its file. Previews, favorites, sharing, and trash included.
5. Collaboration and sharing
Group rooms put your team and the AI in one conversation, so everyone sees the same answer and the same sources. Data sources, files, and reports are shared explicitly, directly or through roles, and the AI respects those boundaries when it retrieves.
6. Integrations
Eleven production connectors: Softone ERP, Softone Cloud, Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile, plus CSV and document ingestion. Automatic, incremental syncs. Details on the Connectors page.
7. Native mobile apps
Butterflai ships as a native iOS app and a native Android app, not a wrapped website: chat, dashboards, reports, uploads, notifications, and home-screen widgets, in 8 languages (English, Greek, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Romanian, Bulgarian).
8. Security and compliance
