We charge per seat: one seat is one person who can log in. Three plans plus a custom one, and the bigger your team and the more advanced your needs, the higher the plan. The headline prices are the yearly rates; paying month-to-month costs about 15% more. Prices in EUR. Cancel before renewal either way.

Which data connections come with each plan

Integrations come in three levels, priced by how much work they take:

• Basic: apps you connect yourself in a few clicks. Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Meta, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, plus CSV and document uploads. Team includes any 3; Growth and above include all of them.
• Advanced: bigger systems that need setup on our side, like Softone ERP and Softone Cloud (sometimes with a paid setup fee). Included from Scale.
• Custom: a connection we engineer specifically for your in-house or niche system. An Enterprise feature or a paid add-on, never bundled into the cheaper plans.

How credits work

Credits are how we charge for AI work fairly: a quick question and a heavy cross-system analysis do not cost the same to run. A simple question costs about 1 credit; richer analyses and forecasts cost more, automatically and in proportion to the actual work. You never pick a “cheap mode”: the system always does the full, best-quality work. Viewing dashboards, routine refreshes, and connecting your data never use credits. Free utility, paid intelligence.

• If a single action would cost more than about 10 credits, a popup shows the estimated cost and asks you to confirm before it runs. A big operation is never a surprise.
• You always see your live balance, with alerts at 50%, 75%, and 90%. If you run out: buy more, upgrade, or wait until next month.
• Top-up packs: €15 for 500 credits, €50 for 2,000, €150 for 7,500. Automatic top-ups are off by default, and admins can set a monthly spending cap.

Free trial

14 days with full Growth features and 300 credits (roughly 300 simple questions; fewer if you run reports or deep analyses). A credit card is required. When the trial ends you start on the plan you chose, with no sneaky upgrade to a bigger one, and we email you on day 10 with the exact price and date so you can change it in one click.

Our pricing principles

• No free-forever plan. Every AI question costs real money to run; a permanent free tier would be paid for by our paying customers. The 14-day trial is the honest version.
• No hidden meters, no surprise bills. Credits are simple and visible, expensive actions ask first, and automatic charges are off by default.
• Quality always comes first. There is no degraded mode; the system does the best work it can and charges proportionally.

Our data promise

Your data is never used to train AI models. It is stored and processed in the European Union, you can delete everything whenever you want, and every AI answer shows its sources so you can check where a number came from. Details under Security and in the Trust Center.
